Creating File Shares required for testing.




1. Launch Explorer. This can be done from Start-->Run--> Then Type "Explorer.exe"

2. Navigate the Explorer Tree to the following Directory:
\Program Files\Layer 1 Software\LanMarkXT\

3. Right Click the Tree labeled LanMarkTest and select Sharing.

4. Share the Directory as LanMarkTest with Access Type set to Full. If your OS is NT or W2K you must also select the Permissions Button, and add Everyone with Full Control. This share MUST have Full Access for the program to function correctly."

To troubleshoot possible file sharing problems, map a network drive from each test station and copy / delete a test file.
